Getting online

How do I get online?

1. Join Isoponet with the WiFi password.
2. If the page doesn't open, type http://10.0.0.1 in the address bar.
3. Enter your phone number and password.

What if my plan has ended, or I have no plan?

My account shows what's left and lets you pay or buy a plan.

What if it says "Couldn't get online"?

Check the phone number and password. Lost it? Ask the operator.

What if it says I have too many devices?

Devices in My account: disconnect one you aren't using, or open http://10.0.0.1/status on it.

Why does my phone get forgotten?

Turn off Private Wi-Fi Address for Isoponet (iPhone: Settings, Wi-Fi, the (i) beside it), so the phone keeps one address.

How do I reach you?
